Dance Classes for Everybody
In each class we’ll go through a warm-up, learn basic steps, follow-along routines and classic and popular dances. Modifications are taught so you can adapt if you want a little challenge or a little ease. The goal is to have fun and connect.

MFA in Dance with 20+ years of experience
Trained in Soul, R&B, and Motown-inspired line dancing, she brings fun, inclusivity, and community into every class
Canfitpro certified group fitness instructor, trained in Dance for Parkinson’s – she’ll help make line just the right amount of challenging, safe, and feel good in your body
